Pricing is as follows: 

  • Professional Registration: $350.00 through September 15; $375.00 after September 15
  • Student Registration: $ 150.00 through September 15; $175.00 after September 15
  • One Day Registration: $175.00
  • Guest Ticket to the Sunday Welcome Reception on the USS Alabama: $50.00
  • Guest Ticket to the Awards Banquet on Tuesday: $60.00

What's Included

The Full Conference Registration and Student Registration fee includes Sunday Welcome Reception, continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, refreshment breaks daily, the Awards Banquet on Tuesday night, and entrance into all technical sessions.

Presenter Registration

All technical session, symposium, and poster presenters must register and pay to attend the conference by the early registration deadline. If you are not able to attend and need to withdraw your presentation, please contact Meg Boera (

Cancellation Policy

Refunds less a $50 administrative fee will be given prior to two weeks out. Within two weeks of the conference, no refunds will be given, but substitutions will be allowed. Please call 802-865-5202 or email to cancel your registration.

Payment Note

Conference attendees MUST pay in full for their registration fee BEFORE the conference begins. Should this not be possible, please call Delaney Meeting & Event Management at 802-865-5202 to make other arrangements.
