Attendee registration is open! Rates increase after September 22; sign up early and save. 

Pricing is as follows: 

  • Professional Registration: $350.00 through September 22; $375.00 after September 22
  • Student Registration: $ 150.00 through September 22; $175.00 after September 22
  • One Day Registration: $175.00
  • Guest Ticket to the Sunday Welcome Reception on the USS Alabama: $50.00
  • Guest Ticket to the Awards Banquet on Tuesday: $60.00
  • Guest Trip to the Bellingrath Gardens and The Estuarium: $50.00

What's Included

The Full Conference Registration and Student Registration fee includes Sunday Welcome Reception, continental breakfast on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, refreshment breaks daily, the Awards Banquet on Tuesday night, and entrance into all technical sessions.

Presenter Registration

All technical session, symposium, and poster presenters must register and pay to attend the conference by the early registration deadline. If you are not able to attend and need to withdraw your presentation, please contact Meg Boera (meg@delaneymeetingevent.com).

Cancellation Policy

Refunds less a $50 administrative fee will be granted for requests received by Monday, October 8. After October 8, no refunds will be given but substitutions will be allowed. Please call 802-865-5202 or email info@delaneymeetingevent.com to cancel your registration.

Payment Note

Conference attendees MUST pay in full for their registration fee BEFORE the conference begins. Should this not be possible, please call Delaney Meeting & Event Management at 802-865-5202 to make other arrangements.
