Registration Pricing

Full Conference Registration: $200.00.  Fee will increase to $250.00 on October 1, 2020.

Student Conference Registration: $100.00. Fee will increase to $125.00 on October 1, 2020.

Group Conference Registration: New this year! In order to encourage more participation from agencies and organizations, we will be offering volume discounts if more than 10 people from your organization register.  If registered before October 1, 2020, the discounted rate will be $175.00. If registered October 1, 2020 or after, the discounted rate will be $225.00.  Please email Jacey Garceau at jacey@delaneymeetingevent.com for the discount code. If you are not sure if you will have 10 people, but are working towards that, have your attendees register and use “check” as the payment method. They can go in later and modify their registration and pay with a credit card once the discount code has been issued.

Payment Note:

Meeting attendees MUST pay in full for their registration fee BEFORE gaining access to the virtual meeting platform.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your registration, registration fees are refundable less a $50 administrative fee by October 14, 2020. After October 14, no refunds will be issued, but substitutions are allowed.
